MVH Summer Training Weekend
Following on from fantastic trips to Bala over the last 2 years, the MVH convoy is heading to Yorkshire this July.
This is great training but also an enjoyable social event. Haworth and Hebden Bridge are great tourist spots and the surrounding countryside makes it ideal for WAGs, family or friends to join you for the weekend (as long as they don’t mind losing you – or joining you – as you clock up the training hours!)
If you haven’t yet signed up……what are you waiting for?

New members are up and racing!
Max Roberts is new to the sport and to MVH this season. Read his account of his first triathlon race at East Leake below. It is a useful commentary for other “newbies” which outlines the mental preparation and application required to make this sport a success: the so called 4th discipline (transition) and the race-craft & pacing clearly playing a big part come race day. Thanks for sharing, Max! Some of our more experienced members could learn from your preparation!
