Training for your first triathlon, moving up a distance (or two) or wanting to improve your personal best? As an inclusive club, MVH provides training knowledge and opportunities for all levels of triathletes.
We have an extensive training programme covering the three sports, making use of our own knowledgeable coaching team and also that of other local clubs.
Training alone is often a necessary evil but, come and join in our sessions and you can’t but help absorb all sorts of useful information from triathletes who’ve been there and done it (and got lots of t-shirts)!
