An early start but has to be one of the best middle distance triathlons – The Cotswolds 113. 12 MVH-ers turned up for the 06:20hrs swim wave at the Cotswolds Water Park and went for it – big time.
A fast bike course encouraged a quick run. Weather perfect. Temperature – just right. And all in time to go to the pub at lunch time. Perfect!

Bike maintenance course Saturday 21st June 10 till 2pm on Saturday 21st June! Being held at Elford, Staffs and its free to MVH members!
