MVH Charity Mince Pie meet

Robin Barber rallied the MVH troops to provide refreshments to passing cyclists at Rosliston Village Hall on Sunday 18th December.

Fantastic turn-out to raise cash for two worthy charities…….

Yes, Robin has been at it again, burning off his post-season enthusiasm by organising another successful event.

Incredible support from club members, friends and family to bake, borrow or buy an impressive array of cakes and biscuits.

Too many people to thank everyone, but a special thanks to Heather Heron, Jen Covey and Kathryn Boast for their long stint by the kettle!

A great turnout from the MVH crowd but especially pleased to welcome club friends and charity supporters from Mercia CC and from Ashbourne Tri Club.

Thanks for joining the party!

The generosity of all involved raised more than £300 for our chosen charities!

If you missed the fun, it is not too late to donate to the two charities.

First, Action on Postpartum Psychosis. This charity raise awareness as well as directly support women & families who are affected by this condition. Please click on the link below to DONATE or to FIND OUT MORE:

The second charity is the Midlands Air Ambulance. Many cyclists recognise the value of this service and have witnessed or received their services first hand. Again, DONATIONS or MORE INFO via their link:
