Saturday Morning Pool Swim Training
Meadowside Leisure Centre, Burton-on-Trent – Saturday morning
We have a regular Saturday morning pool swim (06:45 – 07:45 am) in the 25 metre pool. This session includes a range of drills, swim sets, general fitness, strength, skills and techniques dependent on the training phase we are working on in the triathlon season and training calendar.
1st and 3rd Tuesday evening Pool Swim Training 20:45 – 21:45

Hilton, Derbyshire – in season, DE65 5FZ
During the summer months open water swimming takes place at the ‘Lavender Patch Lake’ which is a secluded private lake, north of Burton on Trent and south of Derby, 1 mile off the A50/A514 junction in a farm on the edge of the village of Hilton. Lavender Patch Lake, Hall Croft Farm, Uttoxeter Road, Hilton. This is a clean and shallow lake, with a a swim buoy marked route of approaximately 550 metres around its edge.
