The sun has warmed up the Lavender Patch Lake. Water was recorded as 16 degrees at 6pm on Wednesday 8th May. The water quality reports were advised as “excellent” by the scientists. The first open water swim of the season was on…
It was a great swim. 36 wetsuit wearing swimmers stepped off the gently sloping concrete ramp, acclimatised and then reached out for those first few swim strokes of the 2013 season.
And it was the business…
